Wietze Jongsma is celebrating its 15th anniversary on 20 June. He celebrates this in the form of a mini symposium. Unique is that decision makers from the entire Dutch dairy industry (cheese production and whey breeding) are invited. This in the atmosphere of Omke Jan in Woudsend, a Burgundian meeting place with plenty of room to connect.
The full focus of the JES work area is now on the dairy industry with the delivery of innovative membrane systems, process technology, cheese vats and complete cheese production lines. ALPMA has opted for a central role in the program, for which Jongsma acts as an independent agent in the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking Belgium.
